We are looking for a passionate and proactive leader to join The Mustard Tree, helping to shape and grow our Starting Point project. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of young people while building strong partnerships and developing sustainable funding to support our work.
This is a varied and rewarding role, combining hands-on leadership with strategic development. Grounded in our Christian ethos, you will lead and inspire a team of staff and volunteers, deliver impactful programmes, and play a key role in growing our work within the community.
We are seeking someone who brings energy, vision, and initiative, and is confident leading people and programmes to strengthen long-term impact.
This full-time role brings together project leadership and fundraising. We welcome applicants with strengths in either or both areas and are open to flexible arrangements, including job share or part-time opportunities.
