Providing information to those facing an unintended pregnancy about the options available to them locally. (Please note we cannot refer directly for a termination) Our signposting service is currently under construction, and will re-launch in 2016. In the meantime if you are facing an unintended pregnancy, please contact your GP, or the Florey Unit at Royal Berkshire Hospital.

Free & confidential counselling for those affected by loss in pregnancy (including miscarriage, stillbirth, neo-natal death and termination). Our counselling service is available to women, and their partners, in Reading and the surrounding area. All our counselling takes place in our dedicated counselling rooms in our town centre offices, just 5 minutes walk from the Oracle shopping centre. We are able to offer 10 sessions of confidential counselling to individuals, or couples, and have an average waiting time of 6-8 weeks.

Facilitating the start-up of local peer support groups. Our support group programme will be launching in Autumn 2015, so watch this space for details of our support groups for those affected by loss in pregnancy or post-natal depression.

Through the sessions I came to forgive myself and let go of all the shame and guilt that had been burdening my life
